- What did you like most?The hotel was absolutely excellent in every aspect. I really loved the location — it’s perfect — and the staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. My husband and I visited Prague to celebrate our anniversary, and choosing this hotel was the right decision. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a Syrian staff member named Mohammad. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind, and he kindly upgraded us from a room to a suite, which made our stay even more special. The place was very quiet, and we were not disturbed at all, neither in the room nor in the lobby. The internet connection was very strong, the place was clean, elegant, and well-maintained, and the room was spacious compared to typical hotel rooms in Europe. Overall, we are truly satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
