- What did you like most?the male housekeeper who cleaned my room on the second afternoon was exceptional. He was very meticulous, leaving everything spotless and incredibly tidy—I really want to commend him for his hard work. Everything was clean and nice.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The checkout process wasn't very clear; there should be instructions on what to do after messaging for checkout. On my first day, the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly—there was still trash left behind, the iron used by the previous guest wasn't put away, and the towels looked old and stained. The location is a little far from the strip.
