- Was there anything you didn't like?We had purchased an extra night for very early arrival approx 2AM. When we checked in, the front desk was not prepared for us and took a long time to sort out a room. Then the keycard wouldn't work, but they said it was a technology glitch which would be resolved by morning. In the morning, they apologized that they couldn't get their vendor to fix the problem, so they moved us to another room, slightly upgraded. They also comped us daily breakfast, due to the inconvenience. That was appreciated and a good breakfast.
