- What did you like most?Good location
- Was there anything you didn't like?I booked 3 rooms. When we arrived we were told they only show 1 room booked. She said they were all filled up and I would need to find another hotel. They blamed booking.com. I showed my confirmation to no avail. My family who was tired from the long drive, ended up driving across town to Homewood Hilton where we got top of the line service! Funny how I was told only 1 room was on file but I received a cancelation notice for 3 rooms??!! Also noted on the email from them that I had 3 "late cancelations" with them. My thought is a volleyball team was staying there so I figure that's where my other 2 rooms went. I will NEVER book this location again. Go to Homewood Hilton instead.
