Clean, safe and fun location with nice people!
- What did you like most?Staff are always super friendly and we love the location.
- Was there anything you didn't like? We’ve stayed here multiple times, and this last time was the worst room we’ve ever had. Very low floor, almost no natural lighting and arranged to make it feel TINY. The bathroom door wouldn’t even open, you’d have to squeeze in because it wouldn’t go past the toilet. That being said - the cost of the room was SO cheap per night comparatively to other stays and hotels we muddled through! I’d say it ended up worth it, but just barely.
prime location, efficient footprint, thoughtful welcome perks.
- What did you like most?As first-time tourists in NYC, the location was a major win. The subway is right in front of the property, making commuting seamless, and Times Square and Broadway are within walking distance—huge convenience points. The room itself is on the smaller side, but it worked well for us since we spent most of our time out exploring the city. There is no refrigerator in the room. Upon arrival, they offered cookies and water, which was a nice touch—the cookie was actually really good. We also noticed they have a gym and a rooftop bar, though we didn’t get the chance to use them during our stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We stayed during the winter season, and unfortunately the heater was not functioning. At first, we tried to make it work by bundling up, but the temperature eventually became unbearable. Staff reset the heater, which temporarily resolved the issue; however, by the following day, it stopped working again. We attempted to call for assistance, but no one answered. At that point, having already showered and settled in, we were unable to go downstairs to report the issue again.
