It was satisfactory but could have been worse if the staff had not been so helpful and accommodating.
- What did you like most?The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and looked aesthetically pleasing. It was clean and check in/out was efficient and quick. The hotel staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They were readily available to offer assistance.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms are basic and needed some renovating. They were comfortable but dated with fraying carpet. Our room was facing a busy street and the windows did little to cut the outside traffic noise, people talking and dogs barking.
Great location, basic service
- What did you like most?Excellent location. Tasty breakfast with good variety. The restaurant space is pleasant, and there is a good working area near the reception, which was very convenient.
- Was there anything you didn't like?At check-in, we were also greeted by a staff member at the entrance who did not verbally communicate, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The television was not working from the moment we arrived. Additionally, our room did not have towels or a bath mat. Resolving this issue required multiple follow-ups and took longer than expected, especially since there was only one staff member at the reception at the time. Wifi was very unstable.
