I expect much better from Wyndham
- Was there anything you didn't like?This is definitely not a three star hotel. After booking, was offered the opportunity to communicate with the hotel via text. No responses received. Room was dirty (open packet of shampoo in the shower). Shower was COLD and bath fixtures were broken. Breakfast had no plates, no cream cheese (for the bagels), and the coffee was terrible. Left an item in my room and they refused to ship it to me (I offered to pay). Trying to communicate with staff introduced several unnecessary challenges. I am a Wyndham owner and this is far from what I am used to from this company.
