Small room for the value...
- What did you like most?Prime location to shopping centers, beach and restaurants.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff and lack of hospitality. Front desk staff is not the most pleasant. Additionally, Housekeeping did not latch our room door completely. Upon our return from the pool deck, we were unable to enter our room with our keycards because the door battery died. We were locked out of our room with our infant and went up and down between lobby and 18th floor (twice) to seek help which took longer than usual. About 20 minutes of waiting with our baby in swimwear and nothing else, the front desk staff nor management ever apologized or explained the mishap.
