- Was there anything you didn't like?There’s problems with the WiFi. They made mistakes with the charge on the hotel. The room wasn’t ready on time.
We expected more for the pricey room rate.
- What did you like most?Location on Copacabana Beach was good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our room for the price was quite small and had no beach view, just a street and opposite building. Obviously the price was associated with the Carnival Festival period. Breakfast was basic and very congested if you did not get there early. Bag assistance was mediocre at best.
