For the price in expensive...
- What did you like most?Finding a place in West Hollywood can be expensive. However the Ramada Plaza was reasonable. The front desk was helpful, and efficient. My room was large, clean and had good air conditioning and good hot water pressure, Includes a coffee maker and coffee packs and tea packs. I was on the second floor not too far from the elevators. The pool is on the second floor if that is important for you. I checked out the pool area and rarely found people using it. Looked decent. Trader Joe’s was nearby. Several blocks away there were small restaurants for breakfast or snacks. The location and the hotel felt safe. I requested to have my room cleaned everyday and it was. Coffee was refilled each day. The bed was comfortable. There wasn’t much of a view, but didn’t matter for me. I was really happy for choosing this hotel. There are better hotels in the area but three times the price. So I was content staying at the Ramada.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The first room I was given was at the end of a very very long hallway. After a day of walking the last thing I wanted was to walk down a very long hallway to get to my room. So requested another room closer to the elevator and was perfect. I didn’t like that they charged $1 per day for the safe. I thought that was petty and unnecessary. Also they charge a refundable $300 when you check in. I’m confident I will be refunded as I’ve left the room in proper condition.
