- What did you like most?Good location close to beach
- Was there anything you didn't like?Dirty bed linings I noticed mold on my bedsheet the last day and room service didn’t change it. Facilities are old Loud
Great Family Hotel
- What did you like most?The location is wonderful and opposite the lagoon. Perfect for swimming with my infant. Handy to all the shops and other resorts. Waikiki is beautiful and the Twin Fin has a great pool to cool off at the end of the day and nice cocktails offered by Tiki Restaurant there. Had dinner there one night and the food was really good. Busy place but worth the wait. Overall I enjoyed my first time in Hawaii and it was the perfect place to stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bed was a little too soft so my back would get sore. The balcony sliding door seemed to not close all the way and would not lock. It can be loud at night from the street. I asked for a toilet roll one day as I had none left and I left reception as I thought she said it would be brought up to the room. I didn't get any toilet paper until the next day when housekeeping came. Some of the the front desk staff at reception were not always friendly. Most were just had a couple that were a little rude. One with a call to my room and once when I asked for toilet paper.
