- What did you like most?The staff being understanding and accommodating.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were first put in room 490. The building itself was dirty. The hallway was dirty. The room was a little dirty, but as soon as we also got into the room, the power went out and we didn’t get no notification that the power was gonna be out. But it was very offputting that the room was dirty. I got a small upgrade due to the power outage, but even the upgraded room was a little dirty. I was also very disappointed with how small the bathtub was I couldn’t even fit in it.
