good value, excellent service, good restaurant
- What did you like most?The staff were excellent, we only had an hour for dinner but the restaurant staff were quick and attentive as well, also thought the restaurant was good value for money considering its London.
- Was there anything you didn't like?small stain on duvet cover was a little off putting but probably had just been missed as the rest of the room was spotless. Only other small thing I would say is if you are making up the sofabed for guests it would be nice if you took the tea and coffee making facilities out the drawer first as trying to get into and get it plugged in was a pain. Both of these are small things overall the stay was excellent

- Was there anything you didn't like?there is a pool, but not in use, gym was very spread out, lack of tea selection in room, hand cream in bathroom had ran out, usb chargers on desk did not work, no usb charger near bed
