Very poor
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff forgot to return my driver's license after check in. Made no effort to notify me that they still have my license even when I stopped by to check out. I realized I didn't have my license at the airport and ended up missing my flight and had to purchase another ticket. When I called about my license, the staff did not offer to deliver to the airport or anything but asked me to come back to the hotel to pick up myself. Not even an apology to have caused the trouble. Ended up sleeping at the airport for one more night.
