None flexible i asked to talk to the manager they said there is no one in charge because he left at 4:00 pm Security deposit in cash it’s double the amount. And in return you get in 5s. The worst experience ever They tried to cover so they said late check out for the in convenience and leaving the luggage with no fees. It ends up she didn’t leave a note !!! Last thing they said we won’t add your points IHG because you didn’t book through us and we are separate. The worst experience
