Front office staff needs to...
- What did you like most?Breakfast is ok, friendly staff at restaurant keep it lively.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Even though upgrade was unavailable for our stay from 20th onwards- wasn't offered to us.
Awful noisy stay, ear defenders...
- What did you like most?We had 2 rooms which would have suited us if one hadn’t been like sleeping directly on the main road whilst attending cream fields.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I booked 2 rooms to stay we should have had one if the rooms as 610 which would have been quieter however it was changed to 625 as in check in at 3pm he desk said they had an issue as I had my son with me I assumed they would consider this and make sure we had another room away from the road, at 11pm road noise was still horrendous I assumed this would soon settle NO!! to say how much noise there was really late into the night outside was ridiculous it was like a Grand Prix circuit combined with a rave, the rickshaws are clearly not monitored or policed at all and that side of the hotel is just horrific , we weren’t moved when I let them know I even used ear plugs and tried a pillow over my ears I may like that from 1am until 6am just tormented, on check out I was told this morning at checkout after a half hearted apology to just email and maybe next time we stay they can do something for us!!!! message the hotel!!! obviously just gaslighted as I had 0 sleep with my child, I’m really disappointed and it’s ruined my day in London. this isn’t acceptable and clearly not the first time they’ve heard this this has impacted our full day today as I feel so tired I have felt ill all day
