Good location and beautiful place

- Was there anything you didn't like?The water pressure for shower is poor and the hot and cold controls did not work properly. Also the coffee supplies were not consistently filled meaning someday we would miss the stirred,someday there was no creamer.goo
very nice experience overall, with a few caveats.
- What did you like most?Beach was gorgeous and kept immaculately clean. Same with pool area and grounds more generally. Included breakfast was good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Check in experience was not ideal -- the person looked overworked and the experience felt like a visit to the DMV. Beware "lagoon side" rooms -- they face the main road that runs along the Cancun hotel zone and it is noisy day and night. After the first night we managed to switch to a garden facing room, which was much nicer (and quieter). But had to ask several times until we got the new room. The rooms did not have luggage racks nor much closet space, so we ended up living out of suitcases on the floor. Food in the various restaurants (we tried three of them) was fine but, honestly, anywhere else in Mexico you can get better food for a fraction of the price. At some of the restaurants the music turned up was too loud for our taste (we came to relax, not to party), and the one restaurant that was indoors had the AC turned up too high.
