- Was there anything you didn't like?They gave me a run around about my refund on a day that we left be. We left due to bad weather.
- What did you like most?They took my reservation, then less than 12 hours before I was to arrive they couldn't accommodate me. Tried to fix it by putting me in a more expensive room, i had the option to accept the near combinations or to cancel for free.I chose to cancel for free.And the property still tried to charge me for the original room
