Poor customer service, room not...
- What did you like most?Clean room and good location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We arrived just after 3 pm and the room was not ready for check in. Blonde woman who checked us in said the room should be ready in 30 min and said we should go somewhere, she took my phone number and said she’ll call me when room was ready but never called me and she finished work. We came back at 5 pm and got our keys, 2 days later I went to reception for something else and she was denying the whole thing, said it was not her who checked us in. Not ok to get there for check in time and our room to not be ready when we paid €225 per night (room only), and no refund or late check out to be offered in exchange. Very poor customer service and we won’t return to this hotel or chain.

- What did you like most?Omg finally I have no bad comments about my stay I don't remember when was the last time !!! This Hotel is simply amazing for all criteria. All Staff are amazing as if they were my parents or something??? The hotel is modern very clean and adorable I slept better than at my home ... The location is just P E R F E C T. You have literally everything nearby, all shops , restaurants, supermarkets, activities, the beach .. all by walking 1 - 15 minutes. Even the Breakfast was very tasty
