- What did you like most?The location is perfect,a short walk from the metro, and having a 24-hour reception made check-in very easy. The place is quiet and peaceful during the Christmas period. I also really enjoyed the small tub in the bathroom; it was a lovely touch for relaxing at the end of the night.
- Was there anything you didn't like?First, the water in the bathtub had a strong smell of chlorine; while this might be due to the local water quality in Barcelona, it did affect the experience. Additionally, the chair in the room had visible stains. Most concerning were the pillows—though they looked clean, they had a distinct sour odor. I personally took them to the reception around 11:00 AM to request a replacement, yet I received no response or action for the whole day or the next day.
