- What did you like most?The location and staff. The staff were very understanding, professional and helpful with a problem that I had in the room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was small and an unpleasant smell was coming out of the toilet. The staff tried everything they could to solve it. Since the hotel was fully booked, they booked me another room in a hotel affiliated to the same company.

- What did you like most?It was close to everything. We walked to most locations from our room. Pablo at the desk was amazing very friendly and helpful more than the others. Comfortable and good size rooms and clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our laundry that the hotel organised had been returned with a ruined shirt and we had to call the laundry ourselves to discuss it as hotel was charging thr full price of the laundry. At the last day Pablo at the hotel ended up helping us so got compensated.
