Good location with a few points to be improved
- What did you like most?The hotel location is very good, closer to stores, restaurants and old town. It is possible to walk to the main attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bathroom is not good, one shower and the floor gets wet. Sometimes there is not hot water available, so you have to take a freezing bath in a place where snows. This is not acceptable in a place that snows. The bed is not comfortable at all. Seems that the mattress is very very old. The photos are showing a modern hotel, but it is not the reality.
