- Was there anything you didn't like?The sommelier of the Michelin one star restaurant is a mythomane, inventing complicated stories to make you believe a common wine is exceptional…One example of a 40 euros bottle I buy regularly that he claimed to have paid 700 euros! With only 2000 bottles onto the market when you can easily find it. When confounded, the rest of our meal was a nightmare. Waiting times for everything even simple things. Access to enter the hotel denied on several occasions because of organised events but without any notice or warning.
