- What did you like most?The location is amazing in Chinatown and near the Convention Center. The staff are all very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay a great experience.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel needs to improve in two ways. First, the food/drinking experience should improve with (i) more healthy options for breakfast, for example when it comes to cereals, and (ii) reduced waste and increased recyclability at breakfast (no styrofoam and plastic lined cups and plates and plastic forks/spoons please). Similarly, the water available in the lobby should not come with plastic cups, paper cups do the work and will not make us absorb microplastics and stay in the environment for ever. Second, the loud sound of banging doors can be an issue at night (perhaps they can be fixed so that the sound is less when guests are not careful).

- Was there anything you didn't like?Environment was very dirty, lift was very dirty, they gave us paper plates and plastic cutlery to eat with for breakfast, that really put me off.
