Appalling customer service that almost...

- Was there anything you didn't like?Maggie, the manager who checked us in was an absolute horror show. Even though I had a physical copy of my Booking.com confirmation and texts from them from a month ago and the day before I arrived confirming my reservation she said I didn’t have a reservation because they didn’t work with Booking.com, and they were no longer a Hyatt property as they were when I initially made the reservation. Fact is I texted them to confirm the reservation which they did and the day before I arrived they sent me a pre-registration text . Despite this, she insisted I didn’t have a reservation and that I would have to make a new one online. She would not just make it at the desk. She did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. And as I was going through this the next guest next to me was going through the same thing. Seems that when they stopped being a Hyatt property, they no longer were willing to honor previous reservations. I had flown thousand miles with a friend for a sporting event, and to prove i had a reservation I had all of the paperwork. She just was unwilling to even do anything to make the situation right. Appalling customer service. Nauseating attitude. My brother-in-law and friend that I was with witnessed the whole thing and were shocked at her.
