Friendly staff, clean rooms
- What did you like most?Convenient location near to King's Cross and St Pancras. The staff were very friendly and were really welcoming. The room was very clean and stocked with a kettle/tea bags/biscuits etc. Everything felt quite safe and secure.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were staying in a "Mews" room, which are additional rooms in an extension to the back of the property. The room was mostly glass windows along 2 walls. The curtains on these could not really be closed properly around the door etc. Passing other rooms we could see into them very easily. These windows were also not very well isolated from noise. We could hear some girls talking somewhere in the space outside until very late at night, we could hear the sink and footsteps in the room above as well. So, quite noisy overall.
