- Was there anything you didn't like?My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was very disappointing. Even though I extended my stay by 1 day and paid $350, I couldn’t open my room. When I went down to the front desk, the young staff member couldn’t find my reservation and wasted about an hour of my time. Repeated explanations didn’t help, and I was unnecessarily frustrated. The issue was only resolved after contacting the previous reservation staff. Additionally, there was no drinking water in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price. Overall, this stay was far below the expected standard and the staff unnecessarily complicated things.
