Superb
As a mother of a nearly grown child with special needs, that alone should’ve prompted more consideration from the front
- What did you like most?I actually liked everything except for having to take a smaller room than the one I had reserved.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I really didn’t like that the suite that I’d reserved wasn’t ready as it hadn’t been cleaned. After a 12-hour drive with my children, I was ready to settle in and rest for a bit. Instead, I was compelled to take a smaller room for the same price. There was no “above and beyond” behavior from the front desk person either. He didn’t attempt to get a rush on the cleaning of the room as he stated that it would be ready by 3:30. I’d arrived by 1pm! The lack of empathy and accommodation is truly what I disliked. I honestly give a high score for everything else.
