Nice hotel but staff was not helpful
- What did you like most?Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Lovely room. Great shower pressure
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hair blow dryer did not work. When I called the staff at the front desk the gentleman came upstairs to look at it. He agreed that it wasn't working properly but he didn't offer any solutions. I asked if they had a dryer I could use and he said no. I then spoke with a woman at the front desk the next day and she said the same thing. How can a supposedly luxury hotel not have an extra blow dryer! I was there for 4 days and this was a true inconvenience that was completely dismissed by the staff. The bathroom appeared clean but unfortunately did smell of urine. I didn't even bother telling housekeeping after not getting any help with the dryer.
