Hotel Features
This hotel is housed in a 19th-century Art Nouveau building in Stockholm’s fashionable Östermalm district. It offers charming rooms with crystal chandeliers and tea/coffee making facilities. Crystal Plaza’s rooms also feature a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Crystal Plaza Hotel collaborate with a gym nearby where our guests can access with a fee. Not worth the money.
- What did you like most?Breakfast was really good and the location was great. The hotel lobby was pretty with the chandeliers.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Bathroom floor was extremely cold, like to the point we had to cover it with towels and a comforter to be able to step on it. Told the staff about it, but all they could offer was another heating battery (we already had one in the room to keep the actual room warm). The carpet in the room was really stuffy, like it hasn’t been changed in decades. Also minus points for having only a “3-in-1” shower gel, no individual shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. For this type of hotel that would be expected.
Overall - simply ok.
- What did you like most?Good location, 24/7 staff - check in possible even if flight has been delayed for more than 3h and you have to in the middle of the night. Room contained some original historical ceiling decorations, but the renovation had not taken it into account as walls were going over them. Good floor heating in the bathroom.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast was - ok to spend the night. The room was simply ok. Found some previous guests half dinar under the bed an a case with in-ear headphones behind the drapes. Room itself was a bit cold, but there was an electric heater, which was really appreciated.
